Roles Responsibilities:

  • Passionate purely on Sales.

  • Tele calling, projecting and generating sales from database and leads
  • Generate sales from referrals and own database and leads.
  • Fixing daily meeting and meeting potential buyers at their door step.
  • To reach monthly sales target from selling residential villa projects in PAN India where Villas value ranges from 50 L – 1.5 Cr per Villas.
  • Good English communication – written and verbal.

  • Should be willing to work in weekends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about current ongoing projects.
  • Answer questions about projects of the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
  • Direct prospects to the Site sales team around pan India for Site Visits.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Keep Updated the ERP system Database.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Ability to learn about projects and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Good Communication skill both English and Tamil.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Good at cold calling.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
