VNCT Global is the realty arm of the VNCT group founded by the illustrious Mr. VN. Chidambaram Chettiar, who was the Chairman of Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple, who went on to establish the iconic Kamala Cinemas in Chennai in the year 1972.
VNCT stands for Perpetuity, Legacy and Trust.
VNCT specializes in development of villas with land ownership, in exclusive communities, in growing areas across Tamil Nadu.
VNCT Group has its offices in Chennai, Coimbatore & Madurai, and it’s international office in Dubai.

Mr. Nagu Chidambaram, son of Tamil Nadu’s legendary personality Mr V.N. Chidambaram Chettiar (ex Chairman of Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple) is the Founder Chairman of Sun Industries and Sun Investments. He is a Partner of Kamala Cinemas, Chennai and is fourth generation entrepreneur of the group that boasts of a 100 years of business legacy. Mr. Nagu Chidambaram is also the Chairman of VNCT Global. His core expertise is New Projects – Planning, Systems, Finance and Operations. He is an execution specialist with an eye for detailing. His great repute on keeping up his commitments and deliverables along with his expertise in managing several business verticals and large teams, adds tremendous value to the development and to every buyer.

Ms Isha Nagappan, the Nxt Gen, steps into VNCT Global as Director – Sales & Marketing. Ms Isha has graduated from California, USA, with specialisation in Marketing and in Data Analytics She has had a good stint with The New York Times as a Sales Analyst. Isha’s interest has majorly been in the area of books where it’s not just reading books that she is passionate about, but in being an author, with her first book being launched when she was all of 13, by the renowned Ms Shoba De, under who’s guidance Isha has honed her writing skills. She is a very process driven, hands-on young operator with great team building skills, driven meticulously with a great deal of passion. VNCT Global being a client centric organization has prompted Isha to drive the Customer Care team as well, apart from heading Sales & Marketing for the far East markets

Mr Ganesh Venkatachalapathy

Mr Ganesh is the COO of VNCT Global and heads all the projects and developments. He manages the entire design, architecture, projects, procurement, contracts, consultants, site and quality team at VNCT Global. He is a dedicated leader who drives his entire team to excellence in performance and delivery. He is civil engineer having 31 years of vast experience in construction industry in multiple domains. He was with Larsen & Toubro ( L&T) for 17 years. He has played a vital role in L & T Engineering Design & Research centre and won several awards for his outstanding performance. His land mark creations are Tata Consultancy Corporate Building Chennai, Residential big town ship project at Zernograd, South part of Russia and several more of this stature. He worked as a Director in TVH for 9 years and handled high rise building projects.

Joined our Group soon after his MBA in the year 2007. Very committed, loyal and responsible person who is absolutely solution oriented. He is driven with passion and absolute ownership. He has vast experience in Marketing, Sales and CRM. He has good international exposure and has worked in mostly all countries. He is an expert in providing best wealth building and home buying solutions to NRIs and Indians. He focuses purely in customer relationships and their needs. He diligently leads and manages a large team across Dubai, Chennai, Coimbatore and Madurai in a very impactful manner.
