I believe that confidence gets shaped and built every time when you overcome a challenge, when you break barriers, when you step out of your comfort zone and when you keep raising your own bar for achievements & growth. Practicing this continuously has made it a part of my psyche now. I learned about perpetual growth mindset early on and realized that when you push yourself harder, life will stop pushing you around. This gave me power and control over my life.
